I have a beard. How do I use the Bro Mask?

We suggest using the top half of the mask only, because the bottom half won't stick over hair. If desired, apply bottom half to the neck after shaving to help calm skin.

My Bro Mask is slipping off, help!

The mask is a hydrogel and will not stick well to wet or damp skin. You should wash your face and dry it thoroughly before applying the mask. Also, if you have a beard, just use the top piece as the bottom will not stick to facial hair. You can apply the bottom to your neck or discard if you have facial hair.

I've never masked before. Where do I start?

Start in the bathroom in front of the mirror. After washing and drying face, open package. Remove mask halves and place them on top of the packaging. Separate the top piece from the plastic films, and apply to face, smoothing down mask to fit face snugly. Remove bottom half from plastic films, apply to face, overlapping the top piece by about an inch.

Is there a front or back of the Bro Mask?

You can use either side of the mask. Just make sure to overlap the top and bottom pieces at the cheek to prevent bottom piece from slipping.

The Bro Mask is sized up for men and cut in 2 pieces so beard men can wear half (save the bottom half for calming the neck after shaving!).

How often should I use the Bro Mask?

Most people use it 1-2 times a week or as needed for a boost when your skin feels extra dull and dehydrated.

The recommended time is 20 minutes, but you can leave it on longer (several hours) for even better results.

Should I put on any products after the Bro Mask?

At night, you don’t need to put any product on after the Bro Mask. Simply pat serum onto skin. Do not rinse your face. If you have dry skin, apply your regular face moisturizer to act as a sealant, locking in all the hydration and active ingredients from the mask for long-lasting benefits. During the day, always apply sunscreen afterwards.

I like it!

I genuinely enjoy using the toner pads. They're saturated with toner with a fair amount pooling in the bottom of the canister, which I intend to use with cotton balls when I run out of pads. My skin looks clean and clear, and I've even seen a noticeable reduction in the appearance of my pores. Will def keep using!

Best Exfoliating Product

My skin lands more oily/acne-prone, but it’s also quite sensitive — especially with being on tretinoin. Exfoliating has been difficult for me, as most exfoliating products tend to be too harsh and easily irritate my skin. I love all of Jaxon Lane’s products and use all of them in my routine (my skin just loves them!), so I decided to give these toner pads a whack. They’re fantastic! They’re gentle and leave my skin healthy and glowing, and I can use them daily without any issues. Not only that, but I love the packaging. The inclusion of the tweezers to easily remove toning pads was a really nice touch. Another 10/10 product for Jaxon Lane.

Smells Like Old Rag - Plus lot of waste

I like this toner because it seems less heavy and sticky compared to most of the other toners I used (LabSeries and Kiehls) but the pads definitely give a old rag smell while applying but the smell does NOT stay on after you apply. I also see that there is a lot of wastage of the toner itself and once I'm through with the pads I do plan to use the cotton pads to use up the rest. I would still buy the toner without the pads. Perhaps Jaxon Lane should look at selling just the toner.
