Expedited US Shipping (3 business days) - $15.

Standard Canada Shipping (1-2 weeks) - $15.

Orders placed after 10 am PST (1 pm EST) will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed during peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) may take longer to arrive, due to delays with shipping companies.

All of US packages are shipped without any invoices or receipts, just a packing slip. For Canada packages, customs forms require stating the price. 

Standard US Shipping for orders $25+ (3-8 business days) - FREE.

Standard US Shipping for orders under $25 (3-8 business days) - $5.

Expedited US Shipping (3 business days) - $15.

Standard Canada Shipping (6-11 business days) - $10 USD. Duties will be charged separated at checkout.

Expedited Canada Shipping (1-3 business days) - $30 USD. Duties will be charged separated at checkout.

International Shipping for all other counties: shipping and duties cost will show up at checkout.

We use USPS or Fedex, depending on the size & destination of the order.

Standard Free US Shipping orders must be placed by Dec 8 to guarantee arrival by Dec 24. While orders will generally arrive much sooner, carriers frequently experience delays due to increased volume over the holidays.

Expedited orders must be placed by Dec 16 to arrive by Dec 24. Express shipping is 2 business days once product is received by the carrier.

We are working harder than Santa's elves to get your order out the same day or next business day. Carriers sometimes experience delays during holidays and winter weather. We (and they!) thank you for your patience.

Canada orders may take 2-4 weeks.

Yes! Our products are cruelty free, and never tested on animals.

Most of our products are vegan. The exceptions are our sheet masks & eye gels, which contain marine collagen.

Absolutely! While we tailor our products to the unique needs of men, such as a larger sized sheet mask, cut in 2 pieces to accommodate beards, the ingredients can be used by everyone. In fact, it's our goal to make premium products without the typical "man" scents or blue dyes, so that everyone has access to great products that actually work. 

We suggest using the top half of the mask only, because the bottom half won't stick over hair. If desired, apply bottom half to the neck after shaving to help calm skin.

Before applying mask, wash face with face wash, and dry with a towel. Mask won't stick to a wet face.

Start in the bathroom in front of the mirror. After washing and drying face, open package. Remove mask halves and place them on top of the packaging. Separate the top piece from the plastic films, and apply to face, smoothing down mask to fit face snugly. Remove bottom half from plastic films, apply to face, overlapping the top piece by about an inch.

You can use either side of the mask. Just make sure to overlap the top and bottom pieces at the cheek to prevent bottom piece from slipping.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

A refund will be issued to the original form of payment, upon receipt of the returned item.

For US orders, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. For Canada orders, a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted.
